Brake System

The body of the callipers are cast aluminium and machined accordingly to accommodate the aluminium pistons treated with anti-seize materials to ensure maximum quality. All moving parts are protected with a dust cover. The study of the brake pads has resulted in highly efficient brake pad wear.

Hubs HQ and Aluminium Hubs

The HQ series hubs are machined on a number of different units following a production cycle that offers the manufacturing quality of the highest levels.

Crown Carrier

The HQ series uses machined billet aluminium and precision lathe work on the contact surface areas to guarantee an optimal contact between the sprocket and the sprocket carrier with perfect perpendicular angles between the axle and the sprocket.

Pods

The peculiar element of the Free Line nose cone, other than the streamline modern design, is the optimal rigidity and extreme light weight. The side pods are available in a huge array of colours, with a set that is supplied with the complete nasau panel including the three digit number decal and yellow number plate sticker.

Tillet Seat

The base of the Free Line seat has been crafted from fibreglass and a trasparent resin cover. Given the importance of this accessory in the context of the kart there has been studies into ensuring maximum comfort and pleasant aesthetics that take nothing away from the driver sensibility.

Steering Wheel

To accompany the economical range and for those who are looking for more, better performance, there is the HQ range entirely covered with real leather. We also have economical aluminium steering wheels covered with bubble grip material to diminish the consumption of the steering wheel where as the design of the wheel guarantees the high grip and low stress on the drivers hands.

Pedals

There are two versions of pedals available in the Free Line range. The innovative ergonomic design in forged aluminium for the 100 and 125 cc categories. The other is a traditional chromed forged steel pedal for the Lupetti kids, 100 cc and 125 cc categories.

Inlet Silencers

The inlet silencers are supplied in the static inlet version. This guarantees the same characteristics to the current one in use but attention is required to the carburetion, which in some cases should be of a richer mixture.

Engine Mounts

The mounts are screwed to the chassis by interchangeable drop forged nuts that are seated for perfect tightening, without running the risk of destroying the thread. The engine mounts are supplied complete with engine mount clamps and bolts and have been through corrosion treatment for longevity.
